Your hosts Nicholas Meyer and Margaret Olney, have been in the hospitality industry for many years, as the principals of Downtown Suites Ltd and are pleased to welcome you to their heritage home in Kitsilano–the perfect short term vacation rental or home for your minimum one month extended stay in Vancouver. The OM house is named for Olney and Meyer but we have also tried to live up to the meaning of OM – creating a peaceful and quiet vibrational experience.

The short term one month minimum vacation rentals are located in our home in wonderful Kitsilano, just a sort 5-minute drive from downtown shopping, entertainment and the business district. Our lovingly restored craftsman style 1912 heritage house is a great home away from home, located in the quiet north of Fourth Avenue area of Kitsilano on a quiet maple tree lined street, one block to the water’s edge and 3 blocks to Jericho Beach. Located one block off of Point Grey Road on the SW corner of First Avenue and Collingwood Street, this is one short-term vacation rental in Vancouver that you can call home time and time again (one month minimum stay required).

We are proud to offer two self-contained ground floor short-term vacation rental suites each with their own private entrance and patio garden area, with a one month minimum stay required by law. Totally renovated, the short-term vacation rental suites offer fully equipped kitchens, modern appliances and laminate floors, Persian carpets, leather furniture, a full cable TV package, laundry shared between the two vacation rental suites, both are tastefully furnished and appointed. Our vacation rental suites are very quiet and peaceful, we have aimed to create a tranquil atmosphere that is both contemplative and meditative enhanced by water features and plants.
